# Evaluation package notice

Dovela is the public product brand. This package contains the project's implementation and original synthetic demonstration assets for inspection and local evaluation of the prototype. It does not state a general open-source or commercial exploitation license and does not transfer ownership.

No ownership by an incorporated company, legal assignment to a future company, or third-party certification is asserted. The founder authorized the public Dovela website and these evaluation downloads on 18 October 2026. Any broader distribution or exploitation license remains a separate decision. This notice records the current evaluation scope, not a legal opinion on ownership or compliance.

Third-party dependencies retain their own terms. Python packages are installed separately from requirements.txt and are not relicensed by this package. No original third-party engineering drawings, DiagEx source code, pyDEXPI code or model weights are redistributed here.

Demonstration decisions and actor names are test records. The prototype does not authenticate an engineer, sign an engineering approval or authorize industrial operations. Use the samples to evaluate the software's documented behavior.
